EFS offer the following services:

National footprint and in the event of an insured requiring a vehicle, we will endeavor to ensure that a courtesy vehicle is dispatched from the nearest branch to the insured. The courtesy vehicle is delivered to and Collected from the client at a minimal charge of R240.00, one way. No turn down policy, the said customer will always have the availability of a rental vehicle The rate charged, includes Unlimited Mileage The rate charged includes one Additional Driver Fee The rate charged includes Airport Surcharge The Fuel deposit charged is only R750.00 The excess charged in the event of an accident or theft to the courtesy vehicle is only R3000.00-R 6000.00 We offer a wide range of courtesy vehicle classes for the insured to choose from. We follow up regularly with the authorized repairer/panel beater, to ascertain the status of repair to the insured’s private vehicle, in order to reduce your average rental days. We do not require a security deposit for the vehicle excess from the client when the client receives the courtesy vehicle from us. Confirmation sent to all customers, providing them with their confirmation number, time of delivery and/or collection and full physical address detail, to an elected cell number. Courtesy call 2 days prior to termination of car rental, reminding the customer that the courtesy vehicle is due back, unless otherwise stated by the insurer.

Costs that will be for the renter’s account:

Fuel deposit (Refundable if the vehicle is returned with a full tank of fuel.) Contract Fee, once off. Any traffic fines. Traffic handling fee if applicable Accident handling fee, in the event of an accident or incident, only. Delivery and collection charges if applicable Delivery and Collection charges within a radius of 50 km from the closest station, during office hours will not exceed R240.00 each way. After hours delivery and collection charges within a radius of 50 km from the closest station will not exceed of R480 each way. Deliveries and collection further than a 50km radius will be quoted at time of reservation. Luxury Vehicles (Classes D, E, F, K, Z, I, Y, H, J) will not be delivered. You will be required to attend upon the offices of the Supplier in person to collect the vehicle. Kindly take note that you will be required to present your credit card, Identity document and valid proof of address. (Holder of card and Identity Document must be the same individual) You will also be obliged to sign a Credit Card Payment Authorization before the vehicle will be released. Excess only in the event of an accident or theft to the courtesy vehicle.
